• Primary condition of General Transfer: 
  1. Minimum 5 (five) years confirmed and satisfactory in current school current post. [Rule 2015]
  2. Minimum Distance 25 KM
• General Transfer on special Ground
  1. Medical ground of son/daughter/spouse.
  2. Widow [woman teacher/non-teaching staff]
  3. Minimum distance of spouse worked in WB Govt Sponsored/Aided school is 50KM [10% rule applicable in this case]
• Marks Distribution [Rule 2015]
  1. • For Teacher: 2(two) marks for each year completed year till 31-12-2005 not exceeding 20 marks and 1(one) mark for each completed year after that. Fraction of 6 months will be awarded by half of the marks allotted for the year.
     • For Non-teaching Staff: 2(two) marks for each year completed year till 31-12-2012 not exceeding 20 marks and 1(one) mark for each completed year after that. Fraction of 6 months will be awarded by half of the marks allotted for the year.
     • Female Teacher or non-teaching staff without children below 10 years of age: 3 marks  in addition to the  marks awarded in serial No.1 .
     • Female Teacher or non-teaching staff with children below 10 years of age: 5 marks  in addition to the marks awarded in serial No.1 .
  2. Physically handicapped (disability 40% or more) Teacher or non-teaching staff: 05 (five) marks in addition to the marks awarded in above categories.
  3. Distance from present Posting for a Teacher or non-teaching staff :
     awarding 1 (one) marks for every 50 KMs distance. However, total marks will not exceed more than 6(six) marks.
