UTSASREE PORTAL: Transfer of Teacher and Non-teaching Staff of West Bengal Government Sonsored and Aided Schools
Through this transfer protal Teachers and Non-teaching staff of Primary / Upper Primary / Secondery /Higher Secondery of Govt Sponsored / Aided schools of West Bengal can apply for transfer in other school.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- The applicant should be confirmed and serving in the present school in the present post for at least five years.
- Applicant must be within 59 years of age
- Place of posting should be more than 25 km in case of secondary schools
- Primary teachers will not be able to apply within the same Circle
- No teaching/non teaching staff would be allowed to apply within five years of last transfer
- If anybody has refused a transfer order he/she will not be able to apply again before completion of seven years
- If anybody is under suspension, facing any Disciplinary proceedings/judicial proceedings or charges of financial irregularity he she shall not be able to apply for transfer
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO BE UPLOADED
- Documents relating to any illness
- Documents relating to physical disablement (above 40%)
- Birth certificate of child for female teacher
- Distance certificate between places of posting of both spouses
- Distance certificate between place of posting and permanent address
- Size of documents should not exceed 200 KB

- For Medical Ground: Collect Proper Documents from Block Medical Officer of Health (BMOH)
- For PH (Physically Handicapped >40%) proper documents
