During this period of covid-19 pandemic as the schools are closed and a headmaster requests their other teaching staff to attend school for carrying out some works as assigned by the education department but few teaching staff can not comply with his request because they are living at a distance more than 200km away from the institution and the institution itself is very close to the containment areas as declared by the district administration but the head master treats them as absentee in the attendance register .Is the head master has this authority and is he justified to do so legally?
