I want to know that school m.c and Head master can realese 3 teacher of same subject to train B.Ed.I am an assistant teacher of English.I am most senior of all of my untrained colleagues in my school.In this concern I beg your kind attention that Head master and m.c had passed a Resolution for my 2 Junior teacher.They decided again to make a resolution for my B.Ed course with a under taking that they don’t need teacher against me.But now Head master in a big confusion that he can release 3 teacher or not.please reply

I am an Assistant Teacher in a Higher Secondary School in South 24 Parganas. My questions are –
1. Can a headmaster force his staff to work beyond the appointed hours?
2. Can he bar someone from signing in the attendance register at 9:20 am?
3. Can he take any action against a staff for departing after 1:30 pm on Saturday, which is supposed to be the official hour of departure?
4. Does he have the right to treat his staff as his subordinates or servants?
5. Besides teaching, what are the duties of a teacher?
I got injury at the way of school during going to school period

Our Tic does not receive any application addressed to him by assistant teacher.He always denies to receive.Is he obliged to receive any application from both teaching and non teaching staff?
